PETALING JAYA: Selangor caretaker menteri besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari announced that next Monday (August 14) will be a special holiday for the state if Pakatan Harapan and Barisan Nasional win tomorrow’s state election.

He said August 12 will be a very important date in Selangor’s history, as the voters in Selangor will decide the next five years for the state.

“You can either choose a pact that will ensure Selangor’s continued success, excellence and progress; or one that has exploited this state election to trigger political instability in this country and has been proven to lack new ideas and plans for Selangor.”
