KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 19 (Sin Chew Daily) – Once the candidate for the country's ninth prime minister has been confirmed by His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the new prime minister will be sworn in earliest by this Saturday.

After the new prime minister has been sworn in, he is expected to announce the new cabinet line-up next week.

The Palace will announce the name of the country's ninth prime minister as soon as possible so that the new government can start work soon to contain the COVID-19 pandemic and resolve the many problems faced by the people.
