KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Minister of Works Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan announced toll-free travels along 33 highways in the country this Saturday and next Tuesday, in conjunction with Christmas celebration.

He said tolls would be waived during the period except Bangunan Sultan Iskandar and Tanjung Kupang toll plazas in Johor.

Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday that the government would exempt tolls along the country’s highways estimated at RM37 million this Christmas.
