23:00 – Chow Kon Yeow says he will be sworn in as Penang chief minister at 9.00 tomorrow morning. He announced at 22:15 that PH-BN has won 29 seats to rule Penang with a two-thirds majority.

22:50 – As of 22:00, of the 108 seats BN-Umno contests in the six state elections, the party only leads in 14.

22:39 – DAP wins 46 of the 47 seats it contests, loses only N11 Derga (KED) to PN-Bersatu.

21:58 PH-BN wins more than half the seats in Negeri Sembilan, with 25 seats now leading.
