PUTRAJAYA: No one among the 4,069 passengers arriving from China on January 8 and 9 tested positive or showed symptoms of Covid-19.

Deputy health director-general (public health) Datuk Dr. Norhayati Rusli said during a health ministry press briefing today that the authorities conducted temperature screening on international travelers and anyone having fever or other symptoms of Covid-19 would have to take the tests.

She also said the immigration department had set up a special lane for travelers arriving from China, adding that any traveler with symptoms would have to take the RTK-Ag tests.
