KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 8 (Sin Chew Daily) – Health director-general Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said defence ministry senior minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob will announce this afternoon whether there will be MCO 2.0 as widely speculated.

When contacted by Sin Chew Daily, Dr Noor Hisham said the minister would host a press conference this afternoon at 17:00.

When asked whether there would be a "lockdown", he just said, "Why not we lock ourselves at home first?

"Stay home. I've told you since day one!"
