PUTRAJAYA, Nov 25 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 970 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including five imported cases.

Negeri Sembilan reported the highest number of new cases at 318, followed by Sabah (293), Selangor (115) and Perak (80).

To date there are a cumulative total of 59,817 confirmed cases and 46,501 recoveries (including 2,348 discharged today) at 77.5% recovery rate.

Four new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 345.

There are currently 12,971 active cases, including 110 at ICUs, 47 requiring ventilators.
