PUTRAJAYA, Nov 2 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 834 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including three imported cases.

Sabah is the most badly hit state with 503 new cases, followed by Selangor (129) and Labuan (103).

To date there are a cumulative total of 33,339 confirmed cases and 23,120 recoveries (including 900 discharged today) at 69.3% recovery rate.

Two new deaths were reported, bringing the toll to 251.

There are currently 9,968 active cases, including 91 at ICUs, 32 requiring ventilators.
