PUTRAJAYA, Oct 19 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 865 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including seven imported cases.

Sabah reported the highest number of new cases at 643, followed by Selangor (107), Labuan (34) and Penang (26).

To date there are a cumulative total of 21,363 confirmed cases and 13,717 recoveries (including 455 discharged today) at 64.21% recovery rate.

Three new deaths have also been reported, taking the toll to 190.

There are currently 7,456 active cases, including 99 at ICUs, 32 requiring ventilators.
