KUANTAN, Mar 18 (Sin Chew Daily) — Teruntum state assemblyman Sim Chon Siang said Kuantan municipal council would ban all restaurants and eateries in Kuantan with effect from tomorrow. Food delivery services will also not be allowed.

He said after meeting the MPK management earlier today that all sports and recreational activities will also be banned, including cycling and jogging.

"Morning and night markets will all be closed, too."

He said MPK would issue an official statement this afternoon.
