PETALING JAYA: Global Bersih secretary-general Nirmala Devi Windgaetter estimated the number of registered postal voters for next week’s six state elections to be under 10,000 people.

She told Sin Chew Daily there were 48,000 oversea postal voters in last year’s general election, but the number of postal voters this time was expecterd to be under 10,000.
