KUALA LUMPUR: Learn to speak Hainanese by attending an online class without age limit.

The Selangor and Federal Territory Hainan Association is organizing online lessons for one to learn the Hainanese dialect.

A beginner class will start at 7.30pm on March 16 while intermediate class will start at 8.30pm on March 15.

The beginner class is held every Thursday night while the intermediate class on Wednesday night. Each class lasts for two hours.

A total of 49 students learned the dialect via online classes in the third batch graduating November 20 last year.

The association welcomes graduates to attend the intermediate class to upgrade their skills in using the dialect to express themselves. The one-off fee is RM50.
