MIRI: Sarawak For Sarawakians (S4S) co-founder Erick Chin said if Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) were to form a government with Pakatan Harapan, GPS would eventually be reduced to a “mosquito party” or even be wiped out completely by West Malaysian parties in the next state and parliamentary elections.
He said DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke Siew Fook’s public apology to Sarawak premier in Kuching could be a prelude to it toppling GPS in the next election.
He said in a statement today that the ultimate motive of West Malaysian parties was to seize the Sarawak administration in a bid to consolidate their hold in West Malaysia.
He said DAP had reached its “peak performance” having won 42 seats in 2018 and 40 this time, and would therefore need to expand its political territory into Sarawak.
