KUALA LUMPUR: Perikatan Nasional secretary-general Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin issued a statement on Facebook today that the coalition had secured the support of another member of parliament for its chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to become the 10th prime minister of Malaysia.

“The statutory declaration was sent to Istana Negara this morning,” said the statement.
