KUALA LUMPUR: Umno’s incoming member of parliament for Jelebu Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias said he would not sign the statutory declaration to support Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the country’s next prime minister.

He said any change to Umno’s earlier decision not to work with Pakatan Harapan would need to be passed in a special Umno general assembly first.
