PETALING JAYA: Caretaker prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said only the Barisan Nasional supreme council could decide whether to form a joint government with Pakatan Harapan.

He said Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had no right to make this decision.
