MIRI: Some areas in Baram parliamentary constituency in Sarawak are being inundated by the flood waters, but that does not stop the villagers at Kampung Long Bemang from fulfilling their duties in the 15th general election.

Many villagers are seen wading across the floodwaters to the SK Long Bemang polling center to cast their ballots.

Fortunately the polling station is located on the first floor of the school building.

More than 200 households in a Kampung Long Bemang longhouse are affected by the floods.
