KLANG: Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim asserted that the coalition would not change its election candidates at this juncture, after Barisan Nasional and Perikatan Nasional have announced their candidates for the upcoming 15th general election.
“Of course I will consult Anthony Loke and Mat Sabu, just in case. As for BN’s announcement, I don’t think there will be any minor changes.”
DAP’s secretary-general Anthony Loke concurred that the party’s list of candidates had been ascertained for the time being.
Parti Keadilan Rakyat deputy president Rafizi Ramli said earlier his party would reconsider the candidature in Sungai Buloh, after incumbent health minister Khairy Jamaluddin was confirmed contesting the seat.
