PETALING JAYA: Prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced this afternoon the dissolution of parliament to make way for the 15th general election.

He said in a special address to the nation today that His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong had consented to his proposal to dissolve the 14th parliament, during his audience with the King yesterday.
