PETALING JAYA, June 11 (Sin Chew Daily) – Health minister Datuk Seri Adham Baba said all cabinet meetings had been conducted through video conferencing since June 1, and as such no cabinet ministers had come into close contact with senior works minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Adham Baba replied to a question by Sin Chew Daily through WhatsApp that there had been no close contact among the ministers since June 1.

Other than communication and multimedia minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah, all other cabinet ministers have received two doses of vaccine.

The works ministry earlier said in a statement that Fadillah was diagnosed with COVID-19 after a routine screening test at his office at 10:15 Thursday morning.

The senior minister is currently on home quarantine.
