PUTRAJAYA, Mar 30 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 1,133 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including eight imported cases

Selangor reported 401 new cases, followed by Penang (194) and Sarawak (153).

To date there are a cumulative total of 344,018 confirmed cases and 328,554 recoveries (including 1,148 discharged today) at 95.50% recovery rate.

Five new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 1,265.

There are currently 14,199 active cases, including 161 at ICUs, 76 requiring ventilators.
