PUTRAJAYA, Jan 27 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 3,680 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including six imported cases.

Johor reported 1,069 new cases, followed by Selangor (822), Kuala Lumpur (698), Sabah (295), Perak (181), Negeri Sembilan (112) and Penang (101), 

To date there are a cumulative total of 194,114 confirmed cases and 151,018 recoveries (including 1,858 discharged today) at 77.8% recovery rate.

Seven new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 707.

There are currently 42,389 active cases, including 314 at ICUs, 122 requiring ventilators.
