PUTRAJAYA, Oct 8 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 375 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including four imported cases.

Sabah reported the most cases at 271, followed by Selangor (36), Kedah (16) and Kuala Lumpur (12).

To date there are a cumulative total of 14,368  confirmed cases and 10,519 recoveries (including 18 discharged today) at 73.21% recovery rate.

Five new deaths have been reported today, taking the toll to 146.

There are currently 3,703 active cases, including 60 at ICUs, 20 requiring ventilators.
