JOHOR BAHRU, June 3 (Sin Chew Daily) — Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj of Johor has warned that he could dissolve the state assembly immediately if Johor state assemblymen continue to fight for power.

Johor PKR deputy chairman Jimmy Puah Wee Tse, who is himself a lawyer, said from the legal point of view the Sultan can dissolve the state legislative assembly under three conditions: at the advice of the menteri besar, based on his own judgment that there is political instability in the state, and that the incumbent state government has lost the support of majority assemblymen.
