PUTRAJAYA, May 11 (Sin Chew Daily) – Director-general of health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced 70 new COVID-19 cases in the country as of noon today, including 13 imported cases.

To date, the country has reported a cumulative total of 6,726 positive cases, of which 5,113 have recovered (including 88 today) at a recovery rate of 76.02%.

One new death has also been reported today, taking the toll to 109.

20 cases are currently treated at ICUs, seven requiring ventilators.
