PETALING JAYA, Mar 13 (Sin Chew Daily) — Minister in the prime minister's department in charge of religious affairs Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri said the Friday prayer gatherings at mosques in the Federal Territories would go on as usual.

He said in a statement today that with the royal consent of His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, congregants have to follow some guidelines such as shorter sermons, taking ablutions at home, face masks and hand sanitizes at mosques, and no participation for people with COVID-19 symptoms.
