PUTRAJAYA, Mar 12 (Sin Chew Daily) — Minister in the prime minister's department (religious affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad al-Bakri said the Friday mosque solat gatherings would not be restricted at this juncture in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak.

However he said if the COVID-19 outbreak has gone out of control, the government might review whether to change this policy.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic.
