PENANG: Penang chief minister Chow Kon Yeow said the state government proposed to dissolve the state legislative assembly on June 28 (Wednesday).

Chow, who is also Penang Pakatan Harapan chairman, said the PH and Barisan Nasional leadership would finalize the seat allocation for Penang.
