PETALING JAYA: PAS secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan announced this afternoon that the party had decided to retain the menteri besar for Terengganu and Kedah after the state elections.

The incumbent Terengganu menteri besar is Datuk Seri Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar while Kedah menteri besar is Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.

However, Takiyuddin said there would be changes to Kelantan’s menteri besar and deputy menteri besar candidates.

The incumbent Kelantan menteri besar is Datuk Seri Ahmad Yakob while his deputy is Datuk Mohd Amar Abdullah.

Takiyuddin also said Kelantan’s new leadership combo will be made up of a religious leader and a technocrat.
