PETALING JAYA: Three incumbent Selangor executive councilors will not contest in the coming state election.

Berita Harian reported that Amanah’s incumbent Member of Parliament for Seri Serdang Dr. Siti Mariah Mahmud (public health, women and family empowerment, unity), DAP’s MP for Bandar Baru Klang Datuk Teng Chang Khim (investment, industry and trade, small and medium industry), and DAP’s MP for Kota Kemuning Ganabatirau Veraman (socioeconomic development, caring government, employee empowerment) will not take part in the Selangor state election on August 12.
