PENANG: Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow arrived at 7.53 a.m. this morning to have an audience with Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak, to seek the latter’s consent to dissolve the state legislative assembly tomorrow.

Chow is expected to announce in a press conference at his office at 28th floor of Komtar this afternoon the dissolution of Penang state assembly tomorrow.
