PETALING JAYA: Perikatan Nasional chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin clarified that he had never authorized PAS secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan to negotiate on behalf of the coalition in forming a joint government with Barisan Nasional after the 15th general election.

Muhyiddin said in a statement today that the objective of PN’s election campaign for GE15 was to win enough seats to form a government without having to collaborate with BN or Pakatan Harapan.
