KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 25 (Sin Chew Daily) – According to a source, the cabinet list will not be announced today, as prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob will only travel to Pahang tomorrow to have an audience with His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong to submit the new cabinet list.

The source said the prime minister would finalize the list by today.

“We will only have the final list tonight.”

It is learned that if Umno offers the deputy prime minister post to Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia, then the party will not be given the home affairs portfolio.

The source said if Umno were to appoint Datuk Seri Azmin Ali as deputy prime minister, former home minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin has hoped he would be reappointed home minster if he does not get the DPM post, which Umno may not agree.
