PUTRAJAYA, Apr 26 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 2,776  new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including three imported cases.

Selangor reported 762 new cases, followed by Sarawak (615), Kelantan (343), Johor (309), Kuala Lumpur (254), Penang (123) and Negeri Sembilan (112).

To date there are a cumulative total of 395,718 confirmed cases and 369,556 recoveries (including 1,803 discharged today) at 93.39% recovery rate.

13 new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 1,449.

There are currently 24,713 active cases, including 300 at ICUs, 133 requiring ventilators.
