PUTRAJAYA, Mar 18 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 1,213 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including six imported cases.

Selangor reported 353 new cases, followed by Sarawak (303), Johor (142) and Penang (104).

To date there are a cumulative total of 328,466 confirmed cases and 312,461 recoveries (including 1,503 discharged today) at 95.13% recovery rate.

Three new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 1,223.

There are currently 14,782 active cases, including 155 at ICUs, 54 requiring ventilators.
