PUTRAJAYA, Mar 15 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 1,208 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including nine imported cases.

Selangor reported 379 new cases, followed by Sarawak (251), Penang (142) and Johor (118).

To date there are a cumulative total of 324,971 confirmed cases and 308,247 recoveries (including 1,973 discharged today) at 94.86% recovery rate.

Three new deaths were reported today, taking the toll to 1,213.

There are currently 15,511 active cases, including 155 at ICUs, 70 requiring ventilators.
