PETALING JAYA, Mar 1 (Sin Chew Daily) – Pakatan Harapan parties have started seat allocation talks and have agreed to start with "redistributing" PPBM's seats.
According to a source, DAP is expected to take back seats which used to be theirs but were "lent" to PPBM in the last general election, namely Tanjung Piai in Johor and Alor Gajah in Melaka.
The remaining 50 seats contested by PPBM in the last election will be divided between Parti Keadilan Rakyat and Parti Amanah Negara.
Talks are still under way and no decisions have been made. However, the source did not rule out the possibility of negotiating with Tun Mahathir's Parti Pejuang Tanah Air.
"We'll talk among ourselves first at this juncture. It will be up to the party allocated with a seat to decide whether to negotiate with other parties."
