PUTRAJAYA, Oct 5 (Sin Chew Daily) – A record 432 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including three imported cases.

Kedah reported the most cases at 241, followed by Sabah 130 and Selangor 34.

To date there are a cumulative total of 12,813 confirmed cases and 10,340 recoveries (including 57 discharged today) at 80.70% recovery rate.

No new death has been reported today, with the toll remaining at 137.

There are currently 2,336 active cases, including 32 at ICUs, eight requiring ventilators.
