PUTRAJAYA, Sept 24 (Sin Chew Daily) – A total of 71 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the country as of noon today, including two imported cases.

Of the 69 locally transmitted cases, 63 were reported in Sabah, four in Kedah and two in Selangor.

To date there are a cumulative total of 10,576 confirmed cases and 9,666 recoveries (including 64 discharged today) at 91.40% recovery rate.

No new death has been reported, with the toll at 133.

There are currently 777 active cases, including six at ICUs, two requiring ventilators.
