PUTRAJAYA, Sept 3 (Sin Chew Daily) — Parti Pejuang Tanah Air founder Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said his party could win 30 parliamentary seats in the next general election and become the kingmaker to determine who should form the new government.

He said in a press conference today that Pejuang is an independent party that does not align to any political camp even though a small party could have a big role to play.

He said if the party could win 30 seats, it could choose which camp to join, of course conditionally.

"30 seats will be enough. Not to form the government but to decide which side gets to form the government."
