KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 (Sin Chew Daily) – Leaders of 12 parties which support Perikatan Nasional have unanimously expressed their support for prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to lead PN in the 15th general election.

They also agree that Muhyiddin will continue to be prime minister if PN wins the next general election.

However, the leaders have only showed their support verbally without signing any agreement.

United Sabah People's Party (PBRS) acting president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup, who attended the meeting of PN-friendly party leaders with Muhyiddin today, told Sin Chew Daily all PN-friendly parties support Muhyiddin's leadership until the end of his term, and will continue to support him as prime minister if PN wins the next general election.

He said they also talked about GE15 in the meeting, adding that all parties were told to be prepared for a snap election.
