PUTRAJAYA, May 15 (Sin Chew Daily) – Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced 36 new COVID-19 cases in the country as of noon today.

To date, the country has reported a cumulative total of 6,855 positive COVID-19 cases, 5,439 recoveries (including 88 discharged today) and 112 deaths.

There are currently 1,304 active cases in the country, including 14 cases being treated at ICUs, five requiring ventilators.
