Putrajaya, May 4 (Sin Chew Daily) – Director-general of health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced 55 new COVID-19 cases as of noon today, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 6,353.

71 cases were discharged today, with the cumulative number of recoveries at 4,484 at a recovery rate of 70.58%.

Meanwhile, 28 cases are currently treated at ICUs, 13 requiring ventilators.

No new death has been reported.
