Kuala Lumpur, Apr 29 (Sin Chew Daily) – The government has relaxed the rule under phase four MCO, allowing a second passenger— who must be a family member living in the same house— inside a vehicle in order to travel within 10km to purchase daily necessities, food or medicines.

Prior to this, only one person was allowed inside a vehicle unless there was a valid reason.
