PUTRAJAYA, Apr 2 (Sin Chew Daily) — Director-general of health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced 208 new COVID-19 cases as of noon today, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 3,116.

He also said 122 cases were discharged today, taking the total to 767, while five more people died of the virus, total 50.

Meanwhile, 105 cases are being treated at ICUs, of whom 54 require ventilators.
