King to give party leaders chance to nominate PM

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Sin Chew Daily) — Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah announced today that the Palace would give the leaders of all political parties an opportunity to nominate the country's next prime minister.
His Majesty also accepted Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof's decision not to allow the special parliamentary sitting next Monday.
Comptroller of the Royal Family and Household Datuk Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin said in a statement today that His Majesty would continue to seek the best solution for the well-being of the nation and her people in accordance with the Federal Constitution.
