PUTRAJAYA, Apr 8 (Sin Chew Daily) — Director-general of health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced 156 new COVID-19 cases in the country as of noon today, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 4,119.

There are also two new deaths reported today, taking the toll to 65, while 1,487 cases have been discharged so far, including 166 today.
