London (AFP) -- Artists in a 13-foot underwater tank in central London struggle to perform daily routines such as reading a newspaper and cleaning floors and windows as the water ebbs and flows. The six-hour-long installation performance by the Los Angeles-based Early Morning Opera is part of events commemorating the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London and highlights the threat of flooding of major cities due to climate change.
